Travel Elneeru [We] acts as a booking agent for this tour, not the direct operator. You have confirmed reviewing and understanding the inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policies, and other terms and conditions.

Transportation

Buses will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time. We kindly request your prompt arrival to ensure a smooth and timely departure for all passengers.

Bus Amenities

Seating will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Potential Delays

Traffic congestion during peak hours or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. For the most up-to-date information on pick-up times or any potential delays, please contact your designated experience officer or on-ground trek operator

Accommodation

Room assignments (doms and tents) will be determined upon arrival at the base location.

Factors such as gender, age of passengers, and any unforeseen circumstances will be considered during allocation.

In some places, you won't find fancy hotels because they are in remote areas. So, don't expect things like 24/7 electricity, hot water, or Wi-Fi in these places.

Special Request

Any special requests, like early check-in or room preferences, depend on what's available when you arrive. If there are extra charges, you'll have to cover them.

Itinerary

All the itinerary and time mentioned in the itinerary are tentative. We or the tour operator has the right to change the itinerary without any prior notice.


PAYMENT POLICY

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by participant

If cancellation are made 60 days before the date of travel then 10.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

If cancellation are made 30 days to 60 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Cancellation by Travel Elneeru

We reserve the right to cancel or alter the trek itinerary with or without notiice in the event of unforeseen

circumstances, safety concerns, or force majeure. In such cases, participants will be

offered an alternative trek or a full refund minus their actual expenses related to your booking.

In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be delayed or cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

If, for some reason, the company can't run a particular tour, they may refund your tour cost, minus their actual expenses related to your booking. You can't raise any concerns about this afterward.

Transfer of Dates : (Not applicable for group or corporate booking)


If you need to change your booking date due to unforeseen circumstances, notify us

at least 72 hours before the event.


Only one transfer per booking is permitted.


If you fail to join the event on the transferred dates, your booking will stand cancelled


Once the date transfer is confirmed, the booking amount will be held as credits.


No further refund will be provided after the date transfer; the credits can be used for


future bookings

The company won't be responsible for

Any harm or accidents during your trip, whether it's due to illness, injury, delays, discomfort, theft, or any other reason.

Loss or damage to your baggage or personal belongings, even if it happens because of someone's negligence.

Issues like airlines overbooking, flight cancellations, or route changes. If you can't board your flight due to such circumstances, the company won't be liable, and you can't claim a refund or compensation.

We are only liable for the trip and are not liable for any additional expenses caused by the delay or cancellation of the trip.

Force Majeure

In cases of acts of God, adverse weather, earthquakes, fires, war, invasions, rebellions, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen events that force us to make changes or incur additional expenses, passengers will be responsible for these extra costs.

We reserve the right to

Make changes, substitutions, or withdrawals to any tour, holiday, excursion, or facility advertised. In these cases, we won't be liable for any resulting damages, expenses, or compensation claims. ji
